The Teaching of ICT at The Pilgrim School

All children will have experience of using computers to help in storing, retrieving and organising information to present work in different ways and to form and test hypotheses.

The school recognises that educational standards will increasingly focus on the use of information technology.  We are extremely fortunate in having a new ICT suite on our Key Stage 2 site at Warwick Crescent.  The Nursery and Key Stage 1 will have timetabled access to computers.  We will develop the use of computers throughout the curriculum.  We also have computers in the classroom.  All of our children will be able to access the internet as part of their studies.
